Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Statutory warranty means that a product must be or do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. By law, you are entitled to a good product. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, a new product, or a refund of your money. All warranty periods mentioned on the website refer to the manufacturer's warranty or the offered seller's warranty. These warranties do not affect the statutory warranty.

In this case, it is best to contact us immediately. The best way to do this is via our contact form. We aim to process your request within 2 working days. We offer a 6-month manufacturer's warranty on our hardware (transmitter and receiver) and a 3-month manufacturer's warranty on underwear.
