Returns
After receipt, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your unused purchase to Dryly. Once the 14 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
The costs for return shipping are your responsibility. In the event of an exchange, we will send you the replacement products free of charge.
Possible reason for return:
Incorrect pants size
Have you received an order and noticed that the bedwetting alarm pants do not fit quite right? For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept pants that have been worn. If the Dryly pants are unworn, you can contact our customer service. We will provide you with a return number and send you the correct size as quickly as possible!
Error in the received order
Is something not quite right with your order? Did you receive Dryly pants in the wrong size from us, or is something missing? We strive for perfection! Contact us and we will be happy to help. If we ask you to return an item due to a packing error, we will always reimburse the shipping costs.
Issue with the bedwetting alarm
We are proud of our bedwetting alarm and help children become dry in a playful way. It may happen that you experience issues with a part of the bedwetting alarm. We are available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to provide you with tips for a pleasant experience.
Should we conclude that a part of the bedwetting alarm is not functioning within the warranty period, we will offer you an exchange. We would like to receive the defective part back so that we can learn and provide an even better experience for future users. We will reimburse the shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., in writing, by mail, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days after the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Additionally, any discount, for example from a bundle or volume discount, may be voided.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You are within the deadline if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
